Payment Authorization Process

Please follow this process for all Booster Club payment requests.

All payment requests from OWMS personnel must be submitted in writing on a Payment Authorization Form at least 14 business days prior to the date the funds are needed. The completed form must be presented to the administration office for the Principal's review and authorization prior to Booster Club consideration for payment. Individuals should not assume that payment will be approved without following this process and no commitment should be made to any vendor without prior approval. Thank you.
